Role: Videographer (Camera Operator and Video Editor)
We’re looking for the best and most talented media and film graduates determined to master the art and science behind producing high-end videos and become a full-time videographer for a video production agency

About CreativeCreations.tv (CC.tv):
Boutique high-end corporate video production agency based in Sydney. CC.tv produce content primarily in NSW, but also across Australia in a wide variety of industries. CC.tv also run training courses and workshops for businesses.

Key requirements (must):
- Have completed a degree in media or film within the last 12 months
- Availability to work full time a minimum of 37 hours a week
- Seeking to master both camera operations and editing skills
- Aspiring to develop a career producing marketing and corporate videos
- Willingness to develop a long-term career with the company for at least 3 years
- Align to CreativeCreations.tv values and high standards of quality and service
- Flexibility to start early in the mornings, finish late at night and work on weekends when required
- Availability to travel interstate and overseas with our team
- Be keen to assist with basic administration activities across all areas of the business
Technical requirements:
- Advanced skills and experience with FCPX
- Experience with the use of DSLR cameras
- Experience working with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
- Sound and video editing skills
- Lighting and sound setup skills

Career Progression
Phase zero: Selection Process
- Candidates: Graduated from media or film
- 3 rounds of interviews
- 1 practical assessment, which includes (1 week):
- filming assignment
- editing a finalised video
- Length: up to 1 month
First phase: Learning & practise phase
- Role: Intern Videographer
- Full time intern
- Length: 3 months
- Performance review every month, required to pass to the next phase
Second phase: Skills and experience integration phase
- Role: Junior Videographer
- Full-time employee
- Length: 12 months minimum
- Performance and skills review every 3 months, required to pass to the next phase
Third phase: Videographer
- Role: Videographer (camera operator and editor)
- Full-time employee
- Length: based on skills and performance
- Performance and skills review every 3 months, required to pass to the next phase
